I honestly never imagined I would describe a juice cleanse as fun or energizing, but lo and behold, the three day cleanse was both. I had tons of energy, didn't feel hungry once (though of course I had the odd "I miss food" moment), found myself waking voluntarily at dawn, and generally felt like a million bucks throughout this cleanse. The juices were tasty and I felt very supported with the amount and the guide provided. I will definitely be doing a juice cleans at least once a season from now on.

So, what order should you drink them in? We recommend starting with the greens first thing in the morning and then continue to drink a new bottle every 2 - 3 hours in the order listed. A one day cleanse is 6 juices.
