Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns at this time. However, if there is an issue with your order or product quality, please reach out to us at info@drinkwell.ca and our team will be happy to assist you on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping

All Well Juice orders are shipped in insulated cooler packaging designed to keep products temperature controlled for up to 2 days in transit.

We ship via express delivery with Purolator (typically 1 business day shipping once dispatched). If a delivery attempt is missed and your package is held at a Purolator warehouse or pickup location, we strongly recommend picking it up the following day to ensure product freshness and quality.
